I’m trying to lose some weight, and walking is my way of keeping super active. The urban legend is that 10,000 steps per day is what you should strive for, but what’s worth doing is worth doing well, so my arbitrary number is 20,000 steps per day.
It’s been a little hard with winter and the snow/rain, but we’re getting back into the habit, baby! And like most things, you can’t change what you don’t measure: so every day, someone on my staff will update this with my step count so I’m being held publicly accountable by ✨the internet✨
